Three events are held throughout the year, in Belfast, Dublin and Limerick, attracting a total of approximately 40,000 people. Selfbuild Extend and Renovate Live Dublin is the ultimate showcase to help people build, extend, improve or decorate their homes. Visitors can benefit from advice provided by hundreds of local businesses, and have the chance to discuss their own project in a 1-2-1 environment with experts. Theatre Talks, interactive stands and other activities are designed to inspire and educate visitors about the options and solutions that they can choose for their home.

Astrid is editor of Selfbuild Magazine, Selfbuild.ie, and will be our compere at the theatre for the weekend.

Astrid is currently the content editor for Selfbuild Ireland. She previously worked in a similar capacity at an Irish trade magazine and before that, she was employed by the National Standards Authority of Ireland. She holds a BA degree in Urban Studies, from Columbia University New York. She also has an MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles Madrid. Astrid is originally from France and now lives in Portarlington County Laois where she is renovating a listed property!
